01What we publish
PestKill Clone publishes practical guides that help homeowners and renters identify pests, get rid of them safely and keep them out. We write for people who want to understand the problem before they spend money on it.
02How we research
Every guide starts from expert sources: university cooperative extension services, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state wildlife agencies, peer-reviewed research and product labels. We link the sources we relied on at the end of each guide under "Useful links".
When a fact can't be confirmed, we leave it out or say plainly that it is uncertain.
03How we choose products
Product guides compare items on what can be checked: active ingredient and concentration, EPA registration, label directions and restrictions, where the product can be used, safety around children and pets, and price per use. We read manufacturer documentation, labels and extension research, and weigh patterns in verified buyer feedback.
Unless a guide says so, we have not tested the products ourselves, and we never claim hands-on testing we did not do.
04Safety rules we follow
We lead with the least toxic method that works, point out label precautions, and recommend a licensed professional when a job is risky. We do not recommend using pesticides against their label, glue traps or poison for pets and protected wildlife, or methods that are illegal where most readers live.
05Use of AI tools
We use software, including AI tools, to help research topics and draft guides. Every published guide goes through the same checks: facts and numbers are matched against the cited sources, safety advice is reviewed, and pages that don't meet our quality bar are not published.
06Updates and corrections
Every guide shows the date it was published and, when it changes, the date it was last updated. If you spot an error or an outdated product, email editor@males-layer-fine-remained.trycloudflare.com. We check every report and correct the guide when we got something wrong.
07How we make money
PestKill Clone may earn money from advertising and affiliate links. Affiliate commissions never decide which products we include or how we rank them, and manufacturers cannot pay for coverage. Sponsored content, if we ever publish it, will be labelled at the top of the page.
